Actually, I'm probably exactly the sort you're talking about, but not cause I actually need policing, just that people ain’t keen on rabble-rousing of any sort, even if it’s for ten minutes on a Saturday at 3 am. Sometimes people should just let fun be fun though, I think.
Well, until it actually turns into a public hazard. I don’t know how often that happens though. Never in my case.
